Eik 5 staat aan de rand van het Veluwemeer, op EuroParcs Bad Hoophuizen in Hulshorst. Het moderne chalet ligt op circa 240 m² eigen grond, is rondom omheind en heeft vrij uitzicht over het water.

Licht en comfortabel

Met circa 64 m² woonoppervlakte is het chalet ruim en licht. Grote ramen en openslaande deuren verbinden de woonkamer met buiten. De airconditioning zorgt het hele jaar voor een prettig binnenklimaat.

De open keuken is compleet uitgerust met een 4-pits gasfornuis, vaatwasser, koelkast, combi-oven en veel bergruimte.

Het chalet wordt volledig gemeubileerd verkocht. Eik 5 is nooit verhuurd geweest en de inventaris is zo goed als nieuw.

Ruimte voor het gezin

Eik 5 heeft twee slaapkamers en zes slaapplaatsen. Een praktische indeling voor een gezin, met ruimte voor gasten.

De tuin heeft een sfeervol terras, een trampoline en meerdere zitplekken, en biedt ruimte om hem naar eigen wens in te richten. Het hek rondom het perceel geeft extra privacy. Parkeren kan direct bij het chalet.

Bad Hoophuizen ligt direct aan het Veluwemeer. Op het water kun je zeilen, varen, zwemmen, surfen en kitesurfen. Op het park is in het seizoen een actief animatieteam voor jong en oud.

Eik 5 is located on the edge of the Veluwemeer, at EuroParcs Bad Hoophuizen in Hulshorst. The modern chalet stands on approximately 240 m² of freehold land, is fully fenced and has an unobstructed view over the water.

Light and comfortable

With approximately 64 m² of living space, the chalet is spacious and light. Large windows and French doors connect the living room with the outdoors. The air conditioning keeps the indoor climate pleasant all year round.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, combi oven and plenty of storage space.

The chalet is sold fully furnished. Eik 5 has never been rented out and the inventory is as good as new.

Room for the family

Eik 5 has two bedrooms and sleeps six. A practical layout for a family, with room for guests.

Hell und komfortabel

Mit circa 64 m² Wohnfläche ist das Chalet geräumig und hell. Große Fenster und Flügeltüren verbinden das Wohnzimmer mit draußen. Die Klimaanlage sorgt das ganze Jahr für ein angenehmes Raumklima.

Die offene Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit 4-Flammen-Gasherd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Kombi-Backofen und viel Stauraum.

Das Chalet wird voll möbliert verkauft. Eik 5 wurde nie vermietet und das Inventar ist so gut wie neu.

Platz für die Familie

Eik 5 hat zwei Schlafzimmer und sechs Schlafplätze. Eine praktische Aufteilung für eine Familie, mit Platz für Gäste.

Draußen genießen

Der Garten hat eine stimmungsvolle Terrasse, ein Trampolin und mehrere Sitzplätze und bietet Raum zur Gestaltung nach eigenen Wünschen. Der Zaun rund um das Grundstück sorgt für zusätzliche Privatsphäre. Geparkt wird direkt am Chalet.
